父母及祖父母团聚移民将于2023年10月重启
2023年10月10日，加拿大移民部将针对2020年已经递交父母及祖父母团聚移民申请的申请人进行随机筛选。本年度邀请总额为15000人，移民部将在两周内陆续为24200名候选人发出邀请，最终筛选出15000个完整的申请。 所有2020年提交申请，且尚未在2021-2022年收到邀请的申请人，应及时查阅申请时提供的电子邮箱。 收到邀请的候选人可以继续使用Permanent Residence Portal 或者 Representative Permanent Residence Portal进行在线电子申请的递交。 对于本次未收到邀请但迫切与家人团聚的申请人，可以为其父母或祖父母申请有效期为10年的超级签证（super visa），该签证为10年多次往返签证，申请人可单次在加拿大境内居住5年，同时在无需离境的情况下额外申请2年的续签。 另附移民部官方网站原文如下： Parents and Grandparents Program re-opens this fall Ottawa, September 8, 2023—Family reunification is a pillar of Canada’s immigration system.
